Has anyone ever read that book? I'm on chapter five right now, and I love it. It's so well written, and I love her use of metaphors. Zora Neale Hurston is an excellent author. What do you think?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Their_Eyes_Were_Watching_God No it sounds too dull and depressing and is one of those books whos sole aim is to keep reminding us that some depressing shit happened a long time ago for which another load of overly optimistic people are hoping the courts will settle in financial terms. I prefer listening to Paul Robeson singing "Old Man River" I give this book 1/10 and the one is just because I am surprised ANYONE read it
