I watched for a few weeks, then sadly had to give up on the series. It was just the same old week in week out...All's well, meerkats play at dawn...All's well, meerkats go get food...All's well, meerkats look for stuff...All's well, wait a minute, what's that?...Big snake attacks the meerkats... Tune in next week to see if your new friends survive! Ect Awww, though, yeah. For shizzle.
The selflessness of Shakespeare, protecting the kittens single-handedly.. against a rival gang hellbent on taking over his family's territory and killing the latest additions to the family Wow! It doesn't matter how cute or how funny we've allowed oursleves to think these creatures are, we have so much to learn from them.. Like how there IS such a thing as a just war.. That our social order is far from perfect, and that we try too hard to make things "perfect" for ourselves.. Yes I cried with joy and sadness this weekend.. Shakespeare defending to the death, and then discovering that his death wasn't in vain..
lol, me and my boyfriend play the meerkat manor drinking game. Every time the commentator repeats himself or over-dramatises something insignificant, we drink. Were always on the verge of drunkenness by the end Still, a sweet programme
I cried.. Twice.. The whole episode was so moving that I tried to call the only person I wanted to share it with.. Only she was watching some programme about Meerkats  It's on tonight, and I cheated and looked at teletext to see if they ever found him..
