Hey guys, this is my first post (yay) and I thought I'd share my progress with you.

Had my locks for a little over 4 months now. A girl with gorgeous locks did them for me, and she used wax. (eek) I know, I know. I'd read bad stuff about wax before, but because she had goregous dreads, and used this wax herself, I let her do her thing, and use the wax.

    Note this picture.

After 2 weeks of sticky hair, I thought.... this isn't cool.

So after 4 months of scrubbing and 3 attempts with that awesome deep clean solution (bicarb, tea tree etc) my hair looks more like this...

Sorry. They're a little small, for some reason...

Still reckon I can feel a teeny bit of wax at the roots of some of them though. Keep scrubbing with dr bronners and hope it'll work its way out, or try an acv rinse? What do you guys reckon?

    Thanks!

Yeh, I felt a bit awkward posting another wax thread, a sticky would definately be a good idea :)
