Are you a mod, or a rocker?

im a rocker but my friend clams to be king of the mods i think we need a trip to brighton to sort this out

I'm a rocker/electro/electronica/person. My Head is shaved I wear jeans with the ankles turned up, parka Jackets, hoodies and what not and try not to fit into one catagory.

 

I trancend social barriers such as the rift between rockers and mods (although that is the first time I have ever used the word mod). However, I find that I tend to find myself more toward the rocker side of the rocker-mod continuum.

 

Lets see...

Black boots
Jeans
T-shirt
black leather sportbike jacket
British sportbike ('04 Triumph daytona) - yeah, the rockers were on british cafe racers but that is were todays sportbike came from.

I suppose that makes me a modern day Rocker.


I always laugh at the stories (real events in England in the 60's) of mods vs rockers. I mean picture it, you have a bunch of grunged out bad boy bikers in leather riding in to an area on bikes sounding like rolling thunder.
Then you have the mods who were dressed all pristine buzzing around on their scooters. LOL
