i know that other threads in here exist same/similar to this topic but do you think is possible to have this new world order(centralised goverment of the world)? who do you think will bennifit from if? how does it effect all the people round the world especially our hippie community? who do you think has started all this (country, organisation whatever).
i think, if all countries were turned into states, and some country like, america, with the most resources, were to take control of the rest of the new states, it would tottaly work. i think it would need to be a dictatorship as well, at least at the highest level, to ensure consistancy. it might need to be run more like a corporation then anything, not acting for the people but the welfare of the organization and especialy the higher ups. it'll happen once we get more robots.
I'm afraid it's only theoretical possible. If there'd be one earth-covering government I think it could bring everyone together and all people could benefit from it. But only if it's created with the right motives of course, and a large majority of the world world population wants it. If it would be established otherwise it could also be the basis for another world war.
I feel the human psyche isn't tuned to a huge homogeneous existence as living with an identity of nationality, as in being British. Our responsibility toward oneanother tends to end now after our immediate family, where once this may have been about 'the village', and there would have been a sense of responsbility about our actions within that community simply because we had a personal relationship with the people of that community. I use to believe that the UK would function more effectively within a federal europe. My opinion of this has changed. I think we need to begin and localize our lives into smaller communities which means having the ability to decide on our own personal destiny. There are huge holes in this point both political and economically but I feel that instead of expanding government control we need to decentralize it. Afterall we are beginning to argue ourselves into a doomed existence with gobal warming and the increasing nuclear threat of nation states. This isn't a reference to the middle east, afterall the only country to ever use nuclear weaponry in aggression was the USA, which was a political decision rather than a last resort. Again, this doesn't sit comfortably with the present paranoia of the middle east and N. Korea.

theoretically, one gov't would be one set of laws, and they could be more favorable to corporate fascism than to collective bargaining and workers. We see that global trade not only allows the least expensive goods to get into markets (think of the influx of Indian printed fabric and clothing after a cotton tariff was lowered in the early 1960s) but also allows manufacturers to shop around for labor, resulting in overall lowering of wages and by extension, quality of life. We'd all be Lawrence Mass., in 1911. Or Saipan today.
The new world order is just white mans ultimate fantasy, complete control over the non white races. Thats basically it. The U.S. who basically is the most powerful white western nation pretty much controls the world but lately its been losing its grip particularly in non white nations and its getting fed up and so other white nations who are all "in on it" will join together to form one "white" government to control the hopefully one day, white world.....The end.....

And I mean, all you really gotta do is think about how messed up America is, the supposed "free" nation. Shit man! We can't even provide healthcare to people who need it! I like you're point about race. I think you're right about the racist element, it's kind of natural for white people to believe that white, that being white is the default of normal because they themselves, white people, are normal. As would the default, for you I'm assuming, would be black because you're black and black people are normal. Western governments have a white political perspective with black representation and perspective so the default will be white by proxy, wrongly. The default is neither white nor black. But we need to see this first before we can understand how to change how we think.
