Well the only thing really to feel guilty about is lying in the first place. Remember that omission is the same as lying. Don't do drugs or do them but be a man and own up to your wife when you do. She deserves that, just the same as you deserve to know what your wife is up to. Don't ruin the trust between you over drugs.
