Mushroom's Effect On All Senses

According to the Psychedelic Experience faq on Erowid Mushrooms expand mainly your vision sense and not so much the other senses. LSD on the other hand expands all senses equally.

What is your experience? Does mushroom expand only your sense of sight or does it expand all your senses equally. Also how often do you experience synesthesia? Heard it is less than LSD too.

 

ive done "heroic" amounts of psychedelics but never had synesthesia, maybe its just me.

I think it's really just the person, more than likely. I've never had synesthesia from psychedelics, but a friend has gotten it off of only two hits before. I've noticed both seem to do more in confusing my emotions than they do with my actual senses.

 

crummyummy - if u still have energy and will to taste music, try 10 -14 grams and listen to ur music.

Yep, they enhance all ur senses, and make everythign so pleasant u never been so happy in ur life.... sex, touchign each other feels like ur adam and eve, music vibrates through room .... food after tastes wonderful....oh what else... you feel reenergized you feel good =)

 

good god 10-14 grams, I ate 7 earlier in the year that I grew and that was unreal! Closing my eyes was insane but opening them was even weirder; I seriously can not begin to imagine half and ounce of shrooms lol if nothing else you may actually be borderline satisfied as far as a meal goes; that's a lot of damn shrooms!
