Me and my parents (who are not really drinkers) just finished off a bottle of wine for my mama's 50th birthday... then we watched O'Reilly with me and my stepdad arguing all the way though until they reached the Medical Marijuana segment and we were both like "Lets legalise it"... he is one of those, you know, liberatians, yes, that kind... yet he leans very republican on pretty much every damn foreign policy... he's so suprisingly liberal on social issues, but he doesn't show it... truly unique that one. I'm rambling.
even my dad agrees on that, and he has never even seen pot except when he was flushing mine down the toilet when i was a teen
That seems pretty normal to me. Republicans believe in freedom right? He sounds like he simply stands on the non-hypocritical end of that ideal.
Haha, my stepdad tries pot once, like 30 years ago, and he didn't like it. That's where than discussion ended. My mama needs to develop a pot habit, she gets too excited and nervous.
I don't find that odd at all. My dad turned 50 last month, we had a BBQ during the day and I smoked an 1/8th with the old man while throwing horse-shoes. Then we went to my Uncles house and the whole family got drunk and sang "kareoke" through my uncles PA system. Then I smoked another 1/8th with the old man. Is that odd?
Exactly, which is why it's so fucked hard to argue about politics with him. Damn it. I swear, first damn person in the world whom I can't completely destory in a politics argument... and he just won't break... it's amazing. Today we actually raised our voices, but in a friendly way... I blame it on O'Reilly shouting at Utah's governor in that same way on the TV.
I think that maybe he supports republican style foreign policy in the Middle East, not because of the oil, but the drugs baby! Bountiful crops of afghanistanian ganja.
Haha, I wish. He supports the middle east policy because he lives and breaths Israel. Israel must exist!
Led this thread be a history lesson for you, since you're obviously new: I used to get drunk and camwhore.
