Hey everybody. I bought a gram of MDMA crystals on Friday, but since I had to work on Saturday I decided to keep it for another time. But when I checked the MDMA it kind of struck me as I don't know, different. It looks regular, just crystals and a bit of powder, but it's not really white, it's more like yellow-ish. A friend of mine told me that it's 'grey MDMA' and that he had it once and it was the best buzz of his life. But just now I took some out and smelled it and it smells weird. But then I tasted it and it tastes just like MDMA, you know, very bitter and it kind of sedated my tongue and lips. But I'm usually really careful with drugs because you never know, but it's been a very long time since I had pure MDMA and I really wanna do it next weekend. Do you think I should just take it like I'd normally do or take some kind of precautions? Peace out
What kind of precautions CAN you take? Maybe try 50mg ahead of time, just to check the feel? If you trust your source it's probably the right stuff, just impure. Crystals can be many variations of off-white, like pinkish, smoky, yellow to brown, etc, just means the process left impurities behind. Unless it's really brown/blackish, wouldn't worry too much, but high might be diluted, 100mg might not be enough to give 100mg trip. Out of curiousity, how much did you pay? Too cheap might be bad... A test kit is never a bad idea, either.
I paid 30€, which is about 35 dollars (I think). That's the regular price in my area. About my source, it's a new guy I got this from, so I can't be sure but my friend (who doesn't do drugs himself) who introduced me to him told me not to worry. This is the first time ever I bought anything from someone else than my regular guy, so maybe that would explain my worries about the color... Anyway, now I'm thinking I'll probably just do what I'd normally do, pictures on Erowid also show crystals that look just like these, so .. Peace out.

Don't really know what is smells like, it just smells.. And I always thought crystals didn't smell like anything. But this is the first time I ever smelled them because I was a little worried because of the color, so maybe it's just the regular smell, I don't know. Anyway, me and some friends are gonna take them all on Friday, I don't feel worried anymore because I'm pretty sure it's decent stuff. A friend of mine had apparently also bought a bag of this and he did it yesterday and said it was ultra-sweet. So yeah. Peace out.
The slight discolouration is due to impurities, probably bits that got overcooked in the manufacturing process. A lot of mdma comes in various shades of off white. Probably, it will be ok - but I'd say to begin with a lowish amount - say 100mills or a 10th of a gram and see how you are going after about 3 hours, when you could top up - that will give you a few more waves, but won't generally extend the effect for longer. If you had a big amount of this, you could quite easily re-crystalize it, and that might remove some of the impurities. So I'm told - never tried it myself, but theoretically it should work. You might find that it would leave a black deposit at the bottom of the tank - and you'd end up with big rocks of purified e.
