sad to hear, no i'm not very young, just started w/ a simple question to see if there were partner probs.. obviously not and you need more feedback, maybe honest and not uncoditionally loving feedback. can't your therapist try to get you in a victem's support group? i'd think that'd be helpful.. would you? do you believe you were mugged (anything taken) or the victim of a hate crime? or victim of a hit and run? i DON'T understand how you have a jibberish report like that.. can you escalate it to the ambulance company and have the person who wrote the report transcibe it again?
I can't say i've been injured that bad. but when i experience bad times in my life, i just look forward.. that fact that 'time flies' is a good thing in this regard.. like when you 'loath' doing something that's coming up in a few weeks, you just pretend you just got out of it or past it, because that is the future and it WILL come. that puts me at ease.. like a wedding, a court appearance, a bad performance meeting with a bunch of managers, i just look past it (or try to). also, if that only works a little, then ask your doctor for antidepressants, get started on them asap.. since they may take a couple weeks to work, if they don't youll need to try another antidepressant mediation, but stick with it -- something will work.. hopefully the first one.
Hey there Rob; Welcome to The Hip Forums....Sounds like Skerb covered all the bases, so I have nothing to add, except.....There is a gay forum here so, allow me to extend the welcome mat….I know what it’s like to be a newcomer….You don’t really know what to say or how to act…. Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed….When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet…. Nobody here is going to "Flame" you (unless it’s necessary) lol….We get some assholes here who just want to stir up bad vibes and there are several (they go unnamed).…From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters….Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, put on some groovy tunes, kick back and stay awhile….Peace, Love & Great Big Hugs, DDR Quote Of The Day Dorothy Parker: "The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity."
