What are they? I like the seated forward bend and of course, I love corpse pose. These two poses really help relax me. What poses relax you folks?

    Peace and love

Another pose that I find relaxing is tree pose. It helps me calm my mind and increase my concentration.

    Peace and love

I just sit in a comfortable chair, relax my muscles, and breathe. I don't cross my legs very well, so I don't do well with mats and all that.

Legs up the wall is great. I love the corpse pose with a blanket under the spine. Don't know if there's a name for it. It really opens my lungs and helps me to relax.

Yes legs up on the wall is great. Corpse pose is my second favorite, although I'm not partial to calling it that. My absolute favorite is a bit odd. I meditate while floating on my back in a lake. I know not everyone has a lake near them, but for those who do and can swim, I highly reccomend it.
