You could just pick the leaves off the plant and chew them. Or if you wanted, you could dry them first.
You have a few options with the plant. You can either do what the other two said or you can just take the leaves and dry them out and then smoke them. If your body has a low tolorance to them then you can probably get the same effect as smoking extract, but of course, you will have to smoke more leaves to get the trip. Hope this helps.
