Seems like the perfect life to me... If only I were a groupie in the 60s/70s - that would have been amazing.... Once I'm on my own, I'm going for it! anyone else on board? (Not the kind of groupie that only does it because they want to sleep with famous people - the kind that is there for a passion for the music as well)
i would have loved to be a roadie for Jefferson Airplane. just to see them live back then would have been awesome too. JOn

My band has some groupies..But they only seem to want to fuck the damn saxophonist/organist....Never the drummer...
hahaha well the sax is pretty sexy... I'm more of the traditional rock and roll band instuments but hey everyone love someone who can woo them with some smooth jazz.
haha..very true..but I just can't understand what women don't find sexy about a guy who can play the drums. I mean, the drums were played by Norse gods, for Christ's sakes!
we can't SEE the drummers. Although I know of bands where the drummer got all the attention...but it WAS Rodney Holmes. simply, a groupie is a popsie there to score with the band. the rest are fans, or heads in the right scene. and you NEVER get too old. you just become "band mom," or hang with bands cloes to your age. I'm not limited by age, but I catch myself referring to them as "kids."
they are just in it for the sax...and well, what connotations does ORGANist have? give me a fast picker anyday. actually, my sweetie was a drummer........
The last three guys I dated were drummers... I really don't care what instrument they play as long as they are talented. Talent is the most attractive thing in the world to me.
