Collect modest amount of money

buy property in appalachia outside of college town.

obtain certified non-profit status and recruit individuals with art and music backgrounds to provide free lessons for underserved youth in area

use art and music resources to hold music/art fundraisers on property on weekends to address operation cost.

utilize rent that would be paid by college kids to wealth landlord to contribute to collaborative equity building on property (title split)

appeal to bigger name artist's humanitarian side through solicitation for performance.



This explanation is very skeletonized. Help me fill in the gaps.

what about sharing a rental with your core group first?....to help get it off the ground quicker
