Driving and Trippin'

I have a couple of friend who like to drive around when their tripping on mushrroms. I think its completely stupid, worse than being drunk! Just wondering if anyone else know people who do this and/or your opinions on it.

 

I think as long as you aren't too fucked up it's ok. You just have to know when to stop. I did last nioght on twop hits of acid and it was the shit. The lines on the road kpt doing some craZY SHIT!

Ive only known one person who has driven while tripping, and he most likely has a death wish.

 

Well as long as you aren't to fucked up it's alright, but i still wouldn't recomend it.

 

i drove one shrooms once, i was outta this world but somewhat knew what i was doin, my freind followed me to make sure i was doing fine, and he said i was driving terrific, like i was sober, with being intoxicated i drive good....but sometimes when i smoke too much weed i really cant drive at all hahaha but yea if i was to eat 2 hits of acid or like an eigth of shrooms i would never EVER DRIVE!

 

i have drove down freeways tripping my face off, it sucks balls but sometimes it has to be done. peresonaly i think drinking and driving is dumber than tripping and driving. When your tripping your so worried about crashing that you pay extreme close attention to the road. I defintaly wouldent reccomend it and would try to avoid it as much as possible but its really not that bad. The difference between alcohal and L is that alcohal turns you off and L turrns you on. Although I can defintaly say burling while tripping is badass. We used to take my friends jeep out on some crazy two tracks triripping balls and we woould oufit the truck in glowsticks and shit and blare music.

 

The problem is that once you reach a certain point, paying more attention isn't going to work very well because your reality is being distorted. You may THINK you're following that line, but all of the sudden it's a snake! What then?

I don't think it's a good idea, I would never ride if a car with someone tripping unless it's out in nowhere and there's no one around...imagine having to explain what was going on to someone or exchange insurance info or anything like that - too much to worry about while trippin.

 

I've driven tripping twice, and once it was weird...the car felt weird, I felt smaller than the cars outside of my car...perspective was fucked. The second time, I spent so much time staring at the trees and how "Green" they were that I missed my turn (which I had taken some 10,000 times, and should never have missed). So, I didn't get in an accident, but I did miss my turn...and not notice for 2.8 miles or so...I wasn't paying very good attention to the road, heh.

 

My cousin drove to work while peaking on close to 30mg, which is A LOT, of 5-MeO-AMT, then worked in the Captain D's kitchen all day.

 

There are defintaly limitations on weather you should drive or not there are times were i have been tripping so hard that i probably couldent even get a car out of a driveway. Either way driving is dangerous in any situation and even more dangerous under the innfluence of anyting. I think its safe to say driving sucks balls.

 

Oh yea i forgot to mention 5 meo amt is whackness.

 

I don't know, man. I REALLY enjoy driving while I'm full of opiates and marijuana. Anything else seems impossible, aside from maybe cocaine or amphetamines.

DO NOT drive on xanax though. You'll get arrested.

 

That's your opinion. I've never even tried it and don't want to because I hate speedy drugs, but my cousin, who's favorite drug of all time is 5-MeO-AMT, is a former meth junkie, so he's used to the drug and relates it to a psychedelic methamphetamine.

 

I also have driven tripping hard twice and it definitely is not a good idea, it's not even like weed where you have that "well it depends" anything that fucks so hard with vision alone is just really really irresponsible to drive on, I'm just glad I got home cuz every fuckin turn I took I was soooo confused as to why I was in a car let alone driving it! just eat them and walk to the woods =)

 

I don't think that it could get extreme enough to where the road turns into a snake, but maybe spread into a couple different roads, lol.

Magic Mushrooms + '86 Ford Ranger = A terrible combination wrought with fear and... well i guess mainly that, fear.

 

I've had a friend who got pulled over while trippin'. It couldn't have been a good experience. He actually ran from the cops and told him that he didn't know what was going on 'cause he was shrooming. He's in jail now.


It's NEVER a good idea to risk other people's lives.. never. I do not recommend driving under the influence of any mind altering drugs.

Trust me, if you fuck up and kill someone, there will be so much pain in your life. Plus, it's no fun to be on the other end and hear that someone you love has been killed by an irresponsible driver who decided to trip and drive for the thrill of it or drink and drive because of their own irresponsibility. It's not an experience anyone wants to live. It does kill you inside.

Sometimes, to some people, mind altering drugs can be great and potentially extremely spiritual. Just be careful, guys.
