I first discovered it while working in a high end bar in st louis mo. Prior to that I was a pelligrino kid. I really like voss. however, it is rather expensive. I think it tastes better than normal water but many people think I'm just stupid. It is a norwegian brand. I think they technically call the flat "still" but I can't remember. Not to mention the bottles are classy as all get up.
Yah the have it in with the wines at the liquor store down the street it is like 2.99 for a large glass bottle and it says like norweigen water wright there on the bottle.
hell 2.99 isn't bad at all for a single bottle. At the bar, which was a bar/store, we sold it for 4.50 a pop
A case of 24 is typically around 40-45 bucks depending on where you go for it. I wish I could find a place that sold it for 2.99 a piece.
It is a conoco/ dicount smoke/liquor shop in independence missouri off 40 hwy and sterling ave the zip is 64052. I know like this helps!
You may have to make a trip. I walk to that place a lot not sober enoughto drive when I do that but I can walk it ok. Did you move from here or were you just visiting?
i visited very briefly a couple of times, not even sure why the winds blew me there. I grew up in Denver but I started my university career in St Louis which led to a lot of driving back and forth and random exploring trips that weren't too far from 1-70 bluflame: I don't think we, coloradoans, call it either soda or pop. People tend to switch it up and we all know what they mean. BUt when I was living in the STL, if I said soda, all the chicagonites chewed me out and called it pop (I never remember which is proper chicago lingo soda or pop, so I may have my term mixed up in my story but you get the point)
pop is deffinitly a northern thing. my cousins up in chicago always say pop. personally, i think its the most fuckin annoying word ever. just ask someone if they want a drink, not a pop
my favorite by far are the Stewarts Cola 2 liters.... I drink around 3 a day sometimes more but they are the best deal around because a cold 2 liter is only 1.12 including tax and deposit the only cheaper 2 liters around are all warm and i dont like the whole ice in a cup thing
