i suggest you do it gradually..that's how i did it. it's not healthy for anyone to eat meat one day and then all of a sudden deprive their body of it the next day. start by eating meat, poultry, or fish less and less week by week. :) like only a few times a week. <- that's how i did it at least!

recipes, staying strong (emotionally, you mean?), vitamins...you can get so many recipes, you just need to look. for example, my state has a veg site http://www.vegseattle.com, you could go to peta.com, or just do a search on google. what i do to keep at it, as in staying strong, when i'm being put down and things, i just think of all the good i'm doing by standing up. :) and you can get vitamins from any food that isn't meat. if you're concerned that you're just not getting *enough vitamins, take a supplement.

all in all, take care and keep at it!

I assure you, if you look at the post I did on the ' why be a vegetarian ' topic,
You'd probably stop eating meat the moment you finish. Fast, but effective.
Plus, you could look at the slaughterhouse footage. ;)

It depends if you want to be 'radical' or just want to be a vegeterian..organisations like PETA are not the best...don't cloud your mind with the crap they have on ther site...hey sorry you might like to become a bit 'mental' about vegeterianism...i don't know.
