5th ANNUAL JOSHUA TREE MUSIC FESTIVAL TO BE HELD MAY 18-20, 2007 JOSHUA TREE, CA-The 5th annual Joshua Tree Music Festival will take place Friday, May 18th, through Sunday, May 20th, in Joshua Tree, California. A family-friendly event for music loving souls of all ages, the festival is a three day high desert camping experience in the magical Mojave. The festival is held in the shadows of the National Park, and is one of the only multi-day campout music festivals of its caliber in the Southwest. The festival showcases an incredibly diverse array of more than 20 nationally, and internationally recognized recording artists. Rocket-fueled funktronica to rippin’ newgrass, flamenco-delic, afro-centric, swampy n’awlins grooves, angelic harmonies and tribal beats all can be found at the fest. Two stages alternate through out the weekend so you don’t miss any bands, and the music flows non-stop. The music begins at 5:00 P.M on Friday, at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday and Sunday, and runs until the wee hours of the morning each night.
