Tomorrow my baby puff will turn 6 months old. These 6 months have FLOWN by. And, she's absolutely the most awesome thing that's ever happened to me. She's so smart. She definitely has her own personality. Over these 6 months, she's taught me how to grow up. She's showed me what a good nights sleep used to be. She's made me laugh, she's made me cry. She's made me really love someone like I never thought I could. She's shown me what life is all about. And, I love her. So, leave Ms. Alexis Grace some 6 month love. (I'm having her a party Sunday. Which, I doubt anyone will come to because they all say it's 'dumb'. )
i would certanly come to the party if i were in your neck of the woods. i guess you would have to invite mama's and parents for them to really understand why your having a party. you just want to have one just because right???? i know that every time i felt like having a party for aiden i would of had at least 5 or 6 "just becuase" parties. hell i feel like having one right now just because he went poop on the potty for the first time. but i am glad to know that there are young mommas out there learning from their babies. well make sure you give your lil one lots of love and during the party if your the only one there thats ok cuz really this party is for her and you just because.............
Happy half year birthday Alexis I'd come along, it's a celebration of life. The whole only doing so at yearly intevals is arbitary.
oops, i shoulda put my "she 's so damn cute" post here. screw 'em--have your girl a party! she looks like she'd live it up! peace. LP oops again. looks like that party woulda happened a week ago. hope it rocked.
Thanks, mamas. The party went stupendously. Alexis LOVED the cake. I give her a tiny piece and let her rip into it. It was the cutest. She tried to eat all the gift wrap and didn't really pay much attention to the gifts. Ahaha. I got her her first bikini and matching sunglasses that are more for show than anything. I need to get her a good pair, I know, but the ones matched her 'kini. Even the people that thought it was dumb ended up having a good time. I'm glad I did it and she'll have the pictures for memories. I'm already planning the first birthday party.
Six months is such a fun age (well, all the ages are fun, but six month olds are just learning a sense of humor and that is SO FUN!!!!) I'm glad the party went well. I think it sounded like a cute idea.
Oh, Maggie. She definitely has found her sense of humor. She's my little ham. She's just learned to shake her head 'no'. I don't know if she understands what it means or not, but she usually does it at appropriate timing. LOL! Also, she does it as if she were saying "You're crazy" because she smiles and does it. She also screeches really loud and laughs and nothing in particular, just to get someone to look and laugh at her.
Hey moonflower! I have a babyboy who is 7 month. Its great I know. So has she got any teeth yet? My son had his first two for about 1 month ago so cute :-D Not so cute when he bites me in my nippple when I ,m brestfeeding him...
Thanks, Shaina. sun, she doesn't have teeth yet, but I think they're about here. She's messing with her ears a lot and chewing and drooling more than ever.
