I am protecting myself, no matter what my partner does or says in this case.

My argument makes perfect sense, if you would listen.

I'm not planning on having protected sex for the rest of my life. Knowing this, I've decided to get the vaccine. And don't give me that crap about the placebo and "they don't know if the vax works or not". Please, I've talked to 5 different doctors about it, and they've shown me the studies. You are the one not making any sense with your hogwash fear-mongering tactics to scare people away from making informed health choices by themselves and for themselves.

With "known poisons" eh? Honey, do you know what a vaccine is?

    You can't be that dim-witted.

Aristartle-do you know exactly what is in that syringe they injected you with? Aluminum (known neurotoxin), sodium borate (component of boric acid which is a pesticide) and who knows what else. Do you really think that the doctors are being truthfull about it? When pharma pushes and coerces them to jab as many people as they can? Do you know the long term effects (or affects?) of this vaccine?
Oh, and about the placebo group :

Thank you, Sugrmag! I was going to post something similiar. "Talking to doctors" and doing research is not the same thing. I have been studying vaccines, their efficacy, and their effects, for around four years now. Asking the personal opinion of a few random doctors who are paid to administer the vaccine (no conflict of interest there, right?) is not exactly research. Next time you talk to one of these doctors, ask for a copy of the Gardasil package insert. They are required by law to provide it to you. Read the list of ingredients and research what those substances do to your body and your immune system. Keep in mind that these effects are cumulative - maybe the aluminum in one vaccine isn't enough to effect you much, but what happens when you get 30+ vaccines over the course of five years? (BTW, fully vaccinated children will receive more than 30 before they enter kindergarten, not to mention boosters). It's no wonder we're seeing such a surge in autoimmune disorders.

Which is exactly why I've ceased all vaccinations on my children. My 8 year old has about 5 times the fda recommended amount of mercury in her body right now from vaccinations. I wish I was more informed when she was younger. Thank god she has shown no ill effects from the vaxes she got.

I think everyone NEEDS to do their own research. My girls are certainly NOT getting this vaccine! It is certainly NOT "the cervical cancer vaccine" as other things can cause cervical cancer, and caught early, cervical cancer is one the the easiest to treat and easiest to cure cancers, anyway.

I'm 45, monogamous, and don't have HPV, so I don't have to worry about it for myself.

If my state tries to "mandate" it (and I doubt they would) I'd be on the front lines fighting it.

But, every womyn should do MONTHS or even YEARS of research before making a decision. This vaccine is too NEW for us to know anything about long term efficacy. My guess is, like many other vaccines, it is not "for life" efficous.
