Here's a brand new skirt!! Just came off my sewing machine. I am so proud of it, its thew first one I have done without a straight hem!! I am hoping to make a few more tomorrow to put up for sale on my website, but I think I will be keeping this one for myself!!!!

i have been sewing for about 5 or 6 years... my gramma gave me her old singer, the kind that is stuck in the table cabinet thing and i started on that... i used to sell on ebay but i dont any more, people always won stuff and never paid.

I knew that material looked so freaking familuar to me.
I made a skirt for my neighbor out of the exact same material. it tookher walking into the house with it on this morning for me to remember.

    but it looks real good!

I got a sewing maching a month or two ago... I learned how to use one in seventh grade, but I've been doing everything by hand since then, and I forgot how to use it. I definitely don't know how to set it up.... it's still in it's box. :( Poor thing. I'll sleep with whoever comes over hear and teaches me how to use it. :D

    very pretty, and great fabric.

you can get so much cheap as hell fabric at second hand shops around here, i buy up the most beautiful stuff for 2, 3 bucks and i'm (slowly) learning the ways of building clothes. ;)
