you need to get tested to be sure....or yeah, just wait. A lot of planned parenthood/womens clinics give free pregnancy tests.
I'm on BC and I've had sex without a condom while on BC 3 or 4 times back in December 2006. Lately I've been freaking out that i might be pregnant...I've had no physical changes or anything though 4 months later. The BC is implanon and I've been bleeding the whole time while I'm on it...any thoughts ppl?
take a test. i mean, if youre worried, your body is telling you something. it might be pregnancy, it might be some other imbalance (ie hormonal changes, not enough vitamins, etc) that you need to attend to... but take the test just in case, and start taking some multivitamins (ive only had a preg scarea few times and while i took the test and it was negative, the weird feelings didnt go away til i started taking good care of my health again too)
You can get pregnancy tests for not more than a few bucks. If you are pregnant, you do want to know, soon. No matter what you decide to do, knowing EARLY is best. Take a test. You just pee on a stick. It's what comes after that's difficult. But, refusing to find out doesn't make it not true. Please, just take the test if you have any idea that you might be pregnant. If you want the baby, it is best to know so you can take care of yourself, start taking Folic Acid, avoid drugs and drink ect, if you will terminate, then doing this earlier is MUCH better, too.
do pregnancy tests still work when you're on birth control, or do the hormones in the birth control make them unreliable?
Ive taken a preg test before. Twice infact. Both very frightening times. The second time was when i was living in France. French pharmacists are terrible, they probe and probe and i had to explain my personal situation in a foreign language infront of the whole shop. Anyway basically my point is its very easy, and its best to do one if ever unsure. Both of mine were thank heavens negative but its much, much better to be safe and in the know
im totally scared. but im going to the doctor this week anyway - gotta get a pap smear (i got a letter saying one was due)...so ill get it done then. arrgh! give me hugs for courage sisters!!!
I GOT THE TEST DONE AT THE DOCTOR YESTERDAY AND I'M NOT PREGNANT! YAY! but you know...it's actually really weird... for the last week or so...although i've been worrying i've actually thought maybe it WOULD be really nice to be pregnant and have a child...and i was actually a bit sad when i found out i wasn't...strange huh?
