My Sun I asked for the moon And I got the sun As spring arrived I got the storm-clouds But we all know Better days are near You are my flesh and blood You are the fruit of my loin I answered the call Could not have asked for a better person Mummy would never hide things from me Had to be strong And put up a front A wall of judgment And acceptance Someone has to hold the rein Life must be kept in control My boy My son My Macedonian Warrior My Greek God My little fighter You bring us joy You bring us laughter You remind us of a delicacy called love You are my greatest pride I kept from you that I had a daughter and son before you Until it's the right time for you to know That is why you must survive You are my only hope East Europeans That's all we are Why should we have lives and emotions? Some of us are here by choice And some of us are here by God-accepted fate And we thank this country for the blanket it provides A blanket which our own couldn't And wouldn't Far away and keep your sanity Saltwater of Odyssey swilling in your mouth Sirens whispering in your ear Where are all the old friends gone? All the Aussies and the Kiwis All the Nigels All the Johns and Stewarts? Have to be strong Have to go on Family awaits Loaf on the table Pity not. Don't pity Just understanding A milestone for those Who have passed this road before Or will go through here one day I am your father I understand We pray Even if we never believed Reality does not need to have A Penguin printed in the corner Or be presented by Fox Reality is here and now It surrounds us It engulfs us And it drowns us But we go on Even when alone We continue To walk Through each day Thinking that we know where we're going We go on. So fight, my son, fight Fight it I know you can go through it My boy I know you'll get better My baby Be strong You are my battery Your father loves you Fight it
Thank you, ssreetnulov. Sometimes life throws stones at us and hurts us, but even though we're all victims, I know that we're also survivors. Sometimes people just don't realize how much they have in common, even when they're total strangers. It's only the pisstakers, spammers, trolls, and idiots that spoil it for everyone. But that's only because they haven't reached the milestone yet. We're all human. And even when there's no shelter on a stormy night, there is always a light and an open door for everyone if they look for it.
life doesnt do that much to me since I bought my own armoured vehicle. most people in London who would throw stones or pull out a shooter will run when I rattle off a burst of automatic fire from the turret. I think everyone should arm themselves against life by becoming more cynical and less gullible toward other people
