I was recently introduced to yoga by a friend of mine, and even though I was very skeptical at the time, I came around and realized that its a great way to improve my flexibility and it just makes me feel good all around.

I play volleyball, basketball, and also weight lift, and was wondering how I could incorperate yoga into my training, without losing the spritual aspects of it.

There are some websites that give the different yoga poses that help for different 'sporting' activities. If you don't have one, look around for a good teacher. Let the teacher know what all sports you do. She/he can recommend different things.

In order not to lose the spiritual part of yoga, practice it separately. I do my cardio exercise at a different time and location from my yoga. Both are needed for total health.
