Is it irrational to believe that a person in a position of power has the potential of abusing it? The probability that a person would abuse his or her position of power would seem to increase drastically if there was no one else to over view the position. Who could prevent an individual, prone of taking advantage of others for self glorification from actually abusing another individual for selfish gain? Do people not take advantage of other people on a daily basis? If one were to deny the existence of abuse on a regular basis, the individual gives off the impression that he or she is not in tune to the daily events surrounding what people define as a typical day.

While situations like this are rather difficult to believe, one cannot logically make the statement that a situation like this could never occur if a person was able to get away with it and do it.

The article of debate is whether or not people currently are able to harass other people through the methods regarding those of this thread. There is no question that certain people would harass if they knew how to do it, and thought that they could get away with it. While people debate whether it exists today or ever could exist in the future, it is known that if someone finds a way to harass another individual in such a terrible way, nothing would stop the harassment until other people discover it.

If this could ever occur, more people would have to be appalled by it for it to stop. People have power in numbers. If the people who believe that this is impossible are right and no one gets harassed like this, then this world that we all live in must always be a wonderful place of smiles and unicorns. If such harassment is impossible, that is definitely a great thing because such action seems like it would be devastating to the individuals involved. The less suffering in the world, the better the world seems to be. One less thing to worry about seems to be one less burden weighing someone down. The less worry one has, the easier one’s life becomes. (To be completely without worry would imply that an individual is carefree to the point that they are completely careless.) To avoid this, balance is a major key.

When describing an individual ‘a paranoid person,’ one is implying that his or her fear is one of an illogical nature. In order for an individual to be logical, he or she would have to follow some form of logic. People will always have conflict over whose logic is the right logic. Conflict arises when both parties assume that they follow the only proper logic.

Just because another individual fails to recognize someone else’s logic does not mean that there is no logic to a situation.

Remember, when a person tortures someone, he or she does it because he or she has an opportunity to do so. It seems that a person who truly wants to hurt would not confide their plan to an individual who they know could stop him or her. Look at how many people were being murdered in the Holocaust. The death and concentration camps were open and running for a rather long time before they were shut down with the end of World War II. Until the ending of the War, the world did not realize just how horrific the situation really was. While it was happening, the few people in comparison to the general population of the world knew about the events within the death and concentration camps. The people stayed silenced because those who knew about it either were by the end brainwashed to support it, or they were held down in fear for their own lives.

That being said, crimes don’t generally occur in plain view. How many crimes are committed each day? One would probably say many.

 

What is Gang Stalking

Gang Stalking seems to be a combination of several different initiatives rolled into one.

It would seem to be a form of the New Community Based Policing initiatives, along with the Cointelpro and older RED SQUAD programs, that have been around for more than a hundread years.

Primarily for the targets of this harassment it is considered to be a combination of organised stalking and mobbing, that takes place primarily in the targets community. The target is (followed) stalked, mobbed, and harassed 24/7 by groups of citizens. It is said to be "a psychological attack that can completely destroy a persons life, while leaving little or no evidence to incriminate the perpetrators."

There are now efforts around the world to use something called community based policing. This is more than likely what is playing a large role in gang stalking. "Ruling the community with an iron fist. “Savvy law enforcement types realized that under the community policing rubric, cops, community groups, local companies, private foundations, citizen informants and federal agencies could form alliances without causing public outcry.” Covert Action Quarterly, summer 1997."

Not only is community based policing making a comeback, but police infiltration and repression units often known as Red Squads have also come back full force. These Red Squads ran in many countries around the world.

This form of harassment is also thought to be similar to United States Government Counter Intelligence Program or Cointelpro for short. This was a program used to destroy many activists and dissidents in the 50's, 60's, 70's. Most methods being used in Gang Stalking are things that were used in this program, with a few new techniques. Recently the United States government started looking into proceeding to reopen investigations into the Cointelpro program, because it's become clear that the program never ended.

The modern day harassment seems to be funded at a higher government level, with many local groups or appendages taking part. Because there seems to be support of government and many local citizen organisations, it seems that no one is looking into the illegal actions or activities or these programs, and participants.

Other Names for Gang Stalking

here are many names for this form of harassment, it would also now seem that Gang Stalking is a term that was invented as part of the disinformation campaign that the government is good at putting together while these harassment campaigns are running. Some of the more popular names for this form of harassment have been Cointelpro, Red Squads, Operation T.I.P.S. and now with the new community based policing programs we have names coming up such as: Multi stalking, vengeance stalking, cause stalking, stalking by proxy, organised stalking, organised harassment, group stalking, community mobbing. These are the new names being given to a very old game, that is once again being played by the government on it's unsuspecting citizens.

How are targets chosen?

Targets can be choosen because of many reasons. They can be choosen for political views. They can be choosen for whistle-blowing. They can be choosen because they belong to a dissident movement. They can be choosen because they asserted there rights at work. They can be choosen because they made the wrong enemy. Signed a petition, wrote a letter. They were deemed as suspicious by a member of one of these snitching programs and their names were handed over.

Goals of Gang Stalking

The goal is to isolate the target from all forms of support, so that the target can be set up in the future for arrest, institutionalisation, or forced suicide. Other goals of this harassment is to destroy the targets reputation and credibility. Make the target look crazy or unstable.

Other goals involve sensitizing the target to every day stimuli's as a form of control, which is used to control targets when they get out of line.

These people also want to make the targets of this harassment vulnerable, they want to make them destitute. The secondary goals seem to be to make the target homeless, jobless, give them a breakdown, and the primary goals seems to be to drive the target to forced suicide, just like what they did with some of the targets of Cointelpro.

Who gets targeted

Targeting can happen to anyone, but it's being widely used on minorities, outspoken individuals, whistle blowers, dissidents, people who go up against large wealthy corporations, woman's groups, (single) women, anti-war proponents, and other innocent individuals. The majority of the targets are not aware this is happening to them and it continues for years. Even when a target moves, changes jobs, the harassment still continues. Every time the target moves, the government, or the local intelligence unit of the police will follow them around and start to spread the same lies, and slander to their new employers, coworkers, landlords, etc.

Who takes part

People from all walks of life are being recruited to be the eyes and ears of the state. People from all races, ages, genders and walks of life. You have your garden variety snitches, you have general labourers, the very wealthy, biker, drug dealers, user, street people, punks, hip hop culture, KKK, black activists, church groups, youth groups, every sector of society that you can think of is a part of this. Eg. Firemen, police officers, lawyers, health care workers, store keepers, maids, janitors, cable installers, phone repair persons, mail carriers, locksmiths, electricians, etc. The ages range from five to eighty five and older.

These government Suburban Spy programs for some is seen as a game of cat and mouse. They see themselves as heroic spies for the state. Some are just power hungry slithering money hungry snitches, who would sell their mothers down the drain, much less innocent people. Other are asked and do it out of a sense of patriotic duty, others are forced to take part in the spying activity.

Some might have started out by taking part in community programs like, Citizen Corp, Weed and Seed, Citizens On Phone Patrol, (COPP), City Watch, T.I.P.S. Many started with good intentions to help patrol and monitor their cities and neighbourhoods. It seems however that some sectors of society are abusing these programs, or some governments are condoning the practices that are being carried out on innocent citizens by those taking part in these programs, just like with Cointelpro.

Many do not understand or care that the end consequence of this game is to destroy a person.

Why people participate in gang stalking

There are many reasons that someone takes part in this activity.

1. Some do it for the sense of power that it gives them.

2. Others do this as a way to make friends and keep friends. It's something social and fun for them to do.

3. Other are forced or black mailed or forced by the State or the police into taking part.

4. They are told that they are part of homeland or national security and being used to help keep and eye on dangerous individuals.

They come from a variety of programs such as the Citizen Corp, Citizen On Phone Patrol COPP, Weed and Seed, City Watch or some other centeralised government program used for patroling and monitoring cities, such as T.I.P.S.

5. Others are just local thugs or informants who are already being used for other activities, and their energies are just diverted over into these community spy programs. Eg. Some may be given the choice of Spying for the State or the police vs going to jail.

6. Others are told outright lies and slander about the target to get them to go along with ruining the targets life.

Techniques used against targets

a) Classical conditioning.

Getting a target sensitised to an everyday stimuli. The target over a period of months, or even years is negatively sensitised to an everyday stimuli, which is then used to harass them. It's used out in public to let them know they are constantly being harassed and monitored. Some examples of everyday stimulus that might be used include: sounds, colors, patterns, actions. Eg. Red, white, yellow, strips, pens clicking, key jangling, loud coughing, loud whistling, loud smacking of clapping of hands together, etc.

b) 24/7 Surveillance

This will involve following the target everywhere they go. Learning about the target. Where they shop, work, play, who their friends and family are. Getting close to the target, moving into the community or apartment where they live, across the street. Bugging targets phone, house, and computer activity.

c) Isolation of said target.

This is done via slander campaigns, and lies. Eg. People in the targets community are told that the target is a thief, into drugs, a prostitute, pedophile, crazy, in trouble for something, needs to be watched. False files will even be produced on the target, shown to neighbours, family, store keepers.

d) Noise and mimicking campaigns.

Disrupting the targets life, sleep with loud power tools, construction, stereos, doors slamming, etc. Talking in public about private things in the targets life. Mimicking actions of the target. Basically letting the target know that they are in the targets life. Daily interferences, nothing that would be too overt to the untrained eye, but psychologically degrading and damaging to the target over time.

d) Everyday life breaks and street theatre.

Flat tires, sleep deprivation, drugging food, putting dirt on targets property. Mass strangers doing things in public to annoy targets. These strangers might get text messaged to be at a specific time and place, and perform a specific action.

It might seem harmless to these strangers, but it could be causing great psychological trauma for the target. Eg. Blocking targets path, getting ahead of them in line, cutting or boxing them in on the road, saying or doing things to elicit a response from targets. Etc.

Where does the support or funding for this come from

Though Gang stalking itself is immoral and unethical in nature, it can just like Cointelpro be funded by:

1. Government organisations. These diffuse and disrupt methods can be used on a variety of targeted individuals.

2. Military facilities might be using this also against enemies or on illegal test subjects.

3. Large wealthy corporations. Many are providing support for these programs. Who then will use their influence to have files opened on workers to keep them quite.

What can you do to help

1. If you know someone who is being targeted in this way please don't do along with it. Don't assume that the person is guilty or a bad person. Many innocent people are currently being targeted, and people are being told lies. This form of harassment is not for fun, it's not harmless, and the goal is to destroy the individual over time.

2. If you are aware of someone being harassed in this way just don't go along with the harassment. Educate others that harassment is wrong. Knowledge is power, share your knowledge.

3. You can offer your support to someone who is being unfairly treated, in very small little ways.

4. Direct people to websites where they can get help and assistance.

5. You can send out emails to your friends, family, co-workers regarding the harassment that is silently happening to many innocent people.

6. You can request that your local newspapers or community papers print articles about these new government spying initiatives.

How do participants communicate

Communicate happens in a number of ways. When on the street or in cars patrolling, they use baseball or Stasi like signals.

These include things like tapping the side of the nose, corner of the eye, brushing back the hair 3 times, the infamous double blink, etc.

They make the street quiet take you away in a white taxi (unmarked) desguised as a taxi - Bee Line, warning you if you escape from this taxi they'll come after you, they make it look like your from a care home, then they say you don't do that again putting you at the edge of a cliff when they say it, taking you to an address of a Care Home you don't live in then following back to yours trying to get in and asking please can we come in. Then they apologise, get shop workers to challenge you about your Shopping, accuse you of shop lifting, use your complaints against your self, get others to go on about your life, read your complaint letters wrong and make it look like someone's complained about you, some say this is the first time we've seen each other, set a path out for you in the street, send others to stand by on street corners getting in the way of all angles in your sight to make it look like your looking at them in inapropiate places, them try to bump into you and making look like your escaping from somewhere, that was just a guess, they say no when you say about have had education and certain things in your life, make it look like your not allowed normal in life when you go to a course outside of mainstream, can't go out when you want when you can in the normal life you come from, make it though you don't have equal rights in your own family home, they compare the rules from theirs to your family home, he's not wearing an uniform when they visit you as past time catch up, try to get information of you through others, they follow you to out of town destinations, come in pairs and pretend they don't know each other, act as though their your Care Staff when not, family says their your future Care

They put Camera's on all buildings looking at your Windows on top of buildings and use people from Bus Shelters. The Camera's they use are called PinHole Camera's black and small size square with a button of a lense on it on domes of Brunswick Shopping Centres and within street lights.

There's lots of different kind of Camera's they use on you. Shop Camera's down nearly every ile especially in Tescos.

Hidden Camera's in mirrors on Police Vans when they press a button on the side of the Mirrors outside.

They make your eat shit covered in cheese at Shops. Point out at the Cheese you get is drugs and asking you why was your face screwed up like that whey make you taste it.

Then they get someone to attack you out side a Cash Machine and you report it to the Police then they believe you want to be arrested.

They wonder who your talking to. Look at you as if it's coming from you.

When you mention it to your family saying that's evil she/he says you think that's evil.

Say they can see you through your curtains, show you recordings of your doing pleasure activities.

They break into your house after watching it for a while in a building nearby and come looking for drugs when their isn't any and make something you've got in your house look like drugs when it's insense for creating spells.

Then they threaten to say we'll get this dog to attack you and they lock you in your own home.

They've done that to me too.

Not just happened where I'm living now something similar also happened in my Birth Place when I was a kid back in the early 80's. Them bursting in patting on walls saying it's hollow working out there's another room of another house behind it whilst I was with my mum.

Someone thought I was called Steven even then, then someone else came round asking what I'm doing here, well I said I live here of course then our next door neighbours said our last name to him and he still didn't quite work it out.

A lady wanted to take me away from my family when there was nothing wrong, turned out to be a Cop when I realised much later in my adult years.

Nowadays I recognised it's the same ones from my Birth Place even the ones that thought I was called Steven in my Birth Place.

It's not just been happening to me others are going through it too.

It's appeared on the news about this kind of thing happening to so many of us.

Got another Phone Call and no one didn't answer. So I just put it down.

For all I know this could be part of their plan to make me look crazy, unstable and homeless.

Family member mum savataged my modem cable later finding my connection socket broken.

Found one of my Dvd cases like it had been stabbed right through. Wasn't just a crack. Quite a big slash hole and deep as though a Knief had been forced through it.

Only one of my mate could have done that.

Their no mate nor mum of mine if they doing what Gang Stalkers do especially if my mate and mum is working on their behalf.

My mate and mum of mine is in care.

I've been feeling quite unwell lately and my mate said that could be cause maybe someone has put something in your food to make you ill.

Then I read on here that someone said they put things in your food to make you ill.

And I've been quite ill for about a week since last Saturday with cold and trembling.

Once heard on the news that Tescos was putting things in food on the shelves doing it behind their store in store room.

When soon as my mate said that I realised that what it could be.

Then my mate is in it together too.

Noticed things gone missing from my apartment too.

Videos and Dvds of mine that I find valuable and important to my life.

Ones with my favourate episodes on too.

It's like they know which ones I like the most and they get told cause I find the episodes I like gone and the only person that knows I like those episodes on my Videos and Dvds is my mate cause he's the one that watched them with me.

Any friend that does that to you is not your friend.

When streets get empty then I know I'm going to be attacked in some manner.

Once the streets was empty and got taken to another town into an old care home in a white taxi when I was coming back out of Hospital after an appointment from voice training. A Bee Line Taxi it was or was it? Looked like a normal white Taxi. (Unmarked). Was forced into that Taxi had no choice.

Cause that could be their way of knowing how to not have support and when finish them to get me arrested.

Cause of something inappropiate I did at my School when I was a young teenager of 16 when wasn't an adult then cause laws was different then.

What they was doing to me was going on before my new School days in my original place, I come from a City.

Then you take the Staff to the Police Station and they take a statement in a Private Interview Room and they ask how you are.

That's to see if your still effected by the Drug that the Kitchen Staff planted in your food. The answer their looking for waiting to see if your ill still for all their plans and purposes. They laughed about it.

Was having some sort of heart attack. Others with me just stood there surrounding me thinking it was funny. Even my Staff from Boarders did too. They didn't know what was going on. Bet they knew. They just pretended not to know.

My private parts are only private because the energy that flows through them are only shared between me and my partner. Had someone touched me before I was ready to be touched I don’t think I would be able to view sexual activity as loving. Imagine a world without love. The perps are living in this world. For the majority of humans something about the feeling that is created during sex makes it worthwhile.

After sometime, the perps realized that if they ever try to imply that I would look at a child or animal and feel horny they would have to listen to all my reasons for why that is not going to happen. TV Documentary – Are You Being Watched?

Apparently she told others that she had an FBI file that was opened on here when she was in college. All the things they went through with the sabatoages, and reputation slander, sounds like gang stalking. They were pretty upwardly mobile, and it did not stop this from happening to them in the least.

The sooner people accept that this Cointelpro societal crap is happening again, the sooner something can be done. Maybe if people stopped putting this stuff off in the paranoid section, then people like this could have been saved, just a thought.
