I tried to develop my photos from Jamaica at CVS and Rite Aid via the internet. Both times they said that they couldn't find them. The second time they called me 15 minutes before closing (4 times) and said that they found my photos and I can pick them up. They even said they'll keep the store open until I show up. When I showed up to the store, the guys were acting really shady. One of them walked into the back room and that's when I got freaked out and left. The photos contain a Marijuana Farm in Jamaica and us smoking marijuana. Is it possible that they alerted the cops?
but how does he prove beyond reasonable doubt he's in Jamaica? Not sure on this...I'd just say print out any "incriminating" photos yourself...after all what would YOU think if you were developing them and were a super close-minded person?, not to automatically say that they were...
I don't think they called the cops, those people aren't paid enough to care anyway...which is probably why it took them so long to find them in the first place.
they will call the cops if they see anything shady, and they'll arrest you for kiddy porn. basically, don't take pictures of yourself breaking the law. it's a very bad idea.
You don't have to prove your innocence, they have to prove your guilt. CVS isn't a court of law anyway, and if they give you shit, raise a HUGE commotion about how if you want the register monkey's opinion you'll take your dick out of it's mouth. Yeah. That'll learn 'em.
I love the optimism but man its really the other way around. Guilty till innocent. Local cities and town, the cops and judges know each other, look out for each other and support each other. They even balance their budgets off of project tickets and fines. They will turn you in and then the machine begins. Unless they are cool then you are good to go! The classic phrase "If I want any shit out of you, I'll squeeze your head" is good for making bad situations worse
This I know all too well. But it wouldn't be so rampant if we as a people didn't let it slide. So raise hell! Get up, stand up, stand up for your RIGHTS! Sedition is cool, kiddies.
Never under any circumstances take a pic of yourself breaking the law, or even doing something you would not do at high noon on main st. p.s. those dudes at CVS proboly have nothing better to do than call the cops on you, if nothing else to liven up their day.
