Just saw this film again with my parents...I am extremely interested about Che--I guess I should be considering my mother was born in raised in Argentina and my father teaches Latin American History--and I love this movie. It did have some mistakes in it, like my dad says the whole crossing the river scene never really happened, and I don't think that trip really "inspired" Che to be a revolutionarist... He was already thinking of it before. They do seem to romanticize Che a bit, too. Not to say that it isn't a great movie, which it is. It's very funny, too. Has anyone else seen it? What did you think of it?
besides the "what happened and what didnt happen", I thought it was a beautiful movie..... ....and speaking of beautiful, Gael Garcia Bernal is the most beautiful man I have ever seen......
Yeah, good movie...I'm not sure what "inspired" Che to be a revolutionarist, but this movie certainly is one of those which inspired me....
