The virtual homegrown concept of Tom Green's web show is building an awareness in the world of independent broadcasting. No sponsors (yet). I know this has been going on for a while, especially with streaming independent radio, but now full-on live and uncensored video feeds are a very accessible reality. He's the first semi-celebrity I've heard of doing this. Probably why it's getting so much attention. It definitely helps to live in Hollywood and have a name in the industry. None the less, he's exploring new ground. We may look back at this as "the good old days" when freedom of speech still existed.
