I`ve got questions about both. First, how much vicodin would you need for a decent high? I don`t remember how many milligrams it was, but I took 2 once and all I felt was kind of nausea and shaky/paranoid. I was actually prescribed Topamax for migraines before I found out it was a appetite suppresent and that 100 milligrams could make you trip balls. Is that last part true? That`s what my friend said and I`m pretty sure he could be an expert on this type of thing. What do you guys think?
depends on the mg's, like 2 or 3 should be alright, but if you arent use to taking them they will prolly make you naseous and uncomfortable for a little bit. they usually make me real mellow and sleepy, good to smoke weed with em.
Vicodin is pretty strong so not that much. But if you want you can take half and snort half and then smoke a blunt and see where your at.
You have to find your magic number. I hated vicodin for the longest time because I always just got sick of it and not really high. That was because I'd take too much. My personal is three 5 mg pills.
Just curious what you ended up doing? I've been taking 400 mg of Topamax a day for a couple of years now, and it does fuck yer mind up for a while... but like a lot of things ya get used to it. Plus I use a lot of oxycodone and/or darvon and antidepressants and antinausea meds, and sleeping pills and tranquilizers, and meds for my failing kidneys... I get my money's worth for my medical insurance premium! My wife takes Vicodin, and I occaisionally "borrow" a few from her, but I took them for decades, and now try to avoid taking them regularly because they contain acetaminophen, which can be toxic to the liver.
I agree on not snorting tylenol. I get my oxycodone in 5 mg capsules, so it's in pure powder form, and I do snort that, but never vicodin. Also, Topamax has never had any affect on my appetite, but it does on some people. I was concerned it might. I am 6' and weigh just under 150, so I don't need to lose any more weight.
Oxy, dont you also get oxycontin? Im hopefully getting a couple of them this week, and taking them with me on vactation. Plus, when I get down there, my favorite Tea will be waiting for me! You ever tried the tea?
Relayer, Nope, no Oxycontin for me. I'm taking a LOT of meds for chronic pain caused by diabetic peripheral neuropathy.. There are many types of pain associated with this condition, affecting different parts of the body. In an attempt to control the long term pain, I take 3 antideppessants (Cymbalta. desipramine, amitriptyline), a major tranquilizer (Prolixin), and an anticonvulsant (Topamax). The pain is much worse at night, so I take Ambien to help me sleep, and use oxycodone and propoxyphene (Darvon) for "breakthrough" pain.
I feel like such a wimp - I took one Vicodin in the middle of 5th period and I thought I was going to die. Maybe it wasn't even V... Because lately ive been taking half and it doesnt do a damn thing. I think ill try a whole one again, maybe two : )

Topamax has an effect on the brain. Like the theory of any anti-depresent as it works the same way. IT HAS NO REAL EFFECT, you will not get high and please stop trying. Its not that type of drug. Pharmacutical companys sell some of these drugs for any thing they can. Causes some problems for people that want to get high and have no access to safer means.
