Bong cleaning (for resonated salvia smoke)

Hi.. was wondering if you guys knew of an easy bong cleaning method.. this bong I made is plastic, so boiling water is out of the question... and salvia REALLY resonates all over the bottom half of the bong.. I've had to clean the stem several times now.. I need to clean the chamber out now
any advice would be great!

man.. I have a few glass pipes.. I don't like bongs for pot smoking.. but it is required for salvia- and I can make a damn good homemade bong iso alcohol works great for the stem and for the bottle

 

iso alcohol can also contribute to the breakdown of plastics! be careful!
