I am pissed about people assuming I hate them.

I would be more afraid for the pitbull....pitbulls are sweet hearts when they arent mistreated. that goat would eat it alive.

 

i guess, my goat will probly kick its ass!! i really don't want too many animals running around. if i had the money i wold have tons of animals but i don't wanna feed all the damn things.................

We had 2 goats last year....that pitbull of yours would get assraped nonstop by that goat.

 

Rainy days and Mondays always get me down.

here's what i'm pissed about...

i started working at the shelter about 2 1/2 weeks ago. i took the job because i wanted to help the animals, certainly not because of the pay (lol, the kids working the mcdonalds drive thru make more than i do). in 2 and a half weeks, i've grown to hate my job. i have had to do things that i find morally objectionable (assist in euthanization, some of which i regard as not neccesary) and disgusting (somehow the really nasty shitty work always gets passed off to me). now on top of everything else, the manager's daughter has been coming in to help, which is great because we need extra people. the only thing is, she gets to do all of the "better" jobs, while i get to shovel shit for my entire shift. if she's going to help, she should have to help with everything, not just the fun stuff, or the clean stuff. she's hoping to get hired on, i feel like telling her that she can just have my job.
i stay so busy doing every day cleaning and stuff like that, that i have essentially no time to interact with the animals. it's almost like i have so much to do, the animals are just in my way.
i want to quit, and go back to volunteering. i'm too scared to quit though, i'm such a wus.

 

well I'm kinda annoyed that my dad got my 16 year old half sister a BMW. I'm the eldest child and I'm 22. And have I gotten a car? no

my little sister's first car was a mercedes. she never paid a dime for it or the subsequent cars when everyone realized she can't drive worth a shit. i got a loan for my first car, which was $1500, and my dad tacked on another $1000 for home repairs. which i paid off all on my own. i had to pay my dad $1000 just to be a co-signer, and my little sister had her own credit cards and cars when she was 16. now ain't that some shit?

 

I'm pissed because I just found out my medical insurance ends tomorrow, since I'm taking a year off school, my dad's insurance won't cover me. But my mom refuses to let me not have insurance, so $640 a month later, I'm going to be one broke mother fucker. I hate hate hate HATE HATE HATE insurance companies for raping us, hate our government for not providing universal quality health coverage, and humanity in general. Here's a big FUCK YOU to the world...

 

Why would you want to get involved in that mess, then. Buying a car requires you to work, and believe me, jobs are not all they're cracked up to be. Be happy with your nearly cost free bike, or feet, and save yourself the hassle of payments, insurance, and gas.

 

your mom refuses to not let you have insurance? how 'bout you shop out some cheaper coverage? get it on your own. go to clinics and shit. there ARE ways to get by very well without insurance.

The cycle continues! Let me clarify. I just moved up here, and I'm living with a young family. I am not paying rent at the moment, which I am very greatful for, but, I feel like I need to contribute a bit, and I want to work. I want to massage, I want to help people. Besides working allows me to save money to travel, and go to shows, and go home to visit.

 

That's something I'm having a problem with too. Anyone know any specifics about finding cheap health coverage? especially maternity coverage?
