well, about a year ago my dad got this from some one for like $300, it was kinda messed up, but we just fixed it up any way here's some pics the first ones are before....the middle ones are at the body shop right before it got painted (we just got it done white, but I might paint multiple colors I'm not sure, does anyone have any Ideas for a paiting it?)... the last ones are after...oh, in the very first one you can see my dads '67 VW bug, too
Sorry, I had 2 upload them on a different site, they were to big... before... http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0327.jpg http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0444.jpg http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0445.jpg http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0446.jpg http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0447.jpg http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0450.jpg http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0451.jpg http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0452.jpg after... http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0570.jpg http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0571.jpg http://www.geocities.com/platinumtwf/dscf0571.jpg
They did a good job on it didn't they... it's almost a shame to paint over it. I reckon you should leave it white, it looks beautiful. A "peace car", the colour of a dove. There's a car from 1967 that I want but my husband won't let me Did it cost a lot to get it restored?
Thats pretty groovy. Do you think you'll ever give it a full paint job? "When the rich wage war, It's the poor who die." - Jean - Paul Sartre.
