Your favorite small tree/shrub

    Mine is the corkscrew hazel because it looks AWESOME! *in professor frink voice*I love the twisting and the reaching and the hum hey
    I love how the branches are... so attractive.. it satisfies a little piece of my brain, its hard to explain..

    I like alot of difrent trees.I have sevral bonsai trees.my faverit one thou is my ficus retusa fig.12inches tall,12 years old.the trunk and the branches have ben trained to be curvey.Allso my trident maple 16 inches,and 14 years old.And for a shrub i realy like junipers ,they can be shaped and sculpted in lots of ways and can grow in alot of difrent conditions.green healing thoughts

    Probably lilacs, they smell great.

    Rowan or Mountain Ash is a fave native tree with attractive foliage, creamy white flowers in May, good autumn colour + vivid red berries from July which are good to look at, you can make jelly with + attracts birds such as thrushes.


    A Buddleja swarming with butterflies, hoverflies + bees is a welcome sight in my wildlife garden.

    i can't make up my mind..it's either Azalea,Syringa or Magnolia.

    Yes. I enjoy the Laurels particularly, but I also like the English Heather very much. It is one of my favorites and most requested.
