i HATE sinus headaces.

damnit. i hate em. especially when youve had it all day and it seems like you've practically eaten a whole box of pills to get rid of it and the fucker WONT STOP! damnit.

I don't know... I've had them bad. Allergies started about a month early this year and are supposed to be BAD.

Use the neti like lace said for real and cayenne is a lifesaver as well.

 

Put a pinch of cayenne in the neti.

i had a bad sinus infection a couple months ago....used lots of hot water soaked hand towels on my face and lots of steam...plus my antibiotics

Actually yeah.. I think that is the case. I usually get a sinus infection once a year. I've considered surgery in the past but with my change of diet and other natural things... I am no longer considering that. I used to be prescribed antibiotics about once a year which I think was a joke... I'd be so misreble that I'd take them though. Things would MOSTLY clear up for a few weeks and then go back to normal. Eliminating dairy and gluten from my diet actually stopped my headaches and sinus problems... now if I decide to reintroduce them I just have to figure out which one the allergy was to.

Antibiotics are of course good they exist.. but I think they shouldn't be avoided unless neccasary.

 

Eliminate the allergy then?
