I was driving on my way home, and a song came on the radio. I immediately thought, 'Whoa, now there's a groovy hippie song!"

    Magic Carpet Ride

    Love it!

I think John Kay and companies best song by far is the Monster/Suicide/America suite from their "Monster" album...it is as relevant today as the day it was written...

    America, where are you now?
Don't you care about your sons and daughters?
Don't you know...we need you now,
We can't fight alone against the monster (G.W.)
There's a monster on the loose

Yeah, With a little help from my friends is nice but I prefer the Beatles' one. Incence and peppermint is groovy! And what about Gentle Giant?

I was listening to Hide Your Love Away by the Beatles and that sounds like a hippie song to me.

What in the hell did I do now? Sophie, I'm tired of this. No one has treated you like shit. Maybe I should just leave a let these people go on talking about Sex, Drugs and Rock N Roll.
