It allows you to visit and simply click on a picture, that represents a given cause- and you donate to that cause just by clicking (this words because of advertising agreements). They have all sorts of things and you can even make a username and track all that you have accomplished just by checking in every day and clicking. I've been doing this for a month or two and though I usually don't check in every day I do about once every two days on average. (Lately I've done it every day) Also, on the site is a wealth of petitions that you can sign regarding a plethora of issues. I think it's a great site!
