i suggest getting the prince charming gear on, and kidnaping adam ant, and forcing him to sing whatever you want. theres poetic justice there...oh the irony...
The only thing I can recommend is look out for the systems that have manual CD tray opening - you know, you press a button and a bit of plastic pushes the CD tray cover up, rather than electric motors pushing the tray out. My dad gave me this advice after we spent a long time dismantling a knackered video player to save a Nils Lofgren Live video. If your player screws up while a CD is inside with the manual opening, no problem. If it screws up and has electric-based opening...you're fucked That was one of those man-to-man talks. I've never had the lecture about the birds and the bees. My parents always get embarrassed about it and end up discussing electrical repair with me.
