LSD has done what for society ? Please let me know, sure its a fun high and I have had some of the best times of my life tripping, But you make it out like its some human race savior drug or something. LSd can fuck people up just like Herion can. I have been in the drug game for years and have seen good people get fucked up and burnt out because of LSD, It is a dangerous drug its not a cure all for society !!

LSD is not a wonder drug. LSD is a wonder drug only if you believe that it is - that is the catch.

if you see LSD as just a fun trip then of course that is all it will be... - but as many would agree, those of you who are unable to enjoy the many wonders of LSD are just ignorant. you must first open your mind to the possibility that there is more to LSD then just a drug or just a high. there is a spiritual aspect - a reason bigger then you are normally aware. whatever... there is probably no way i can put it into words that you would understand - if your mind is closed and thats all there is to it.

Dont get me wrong, LSD is a wonderful drug, but i wouldnt call it a wonder drug. It is possible to reach heightened states of mind without the use of lsd or mushrooms or mescaline or anything, and lsd just brings you to that level a shit ton faster and gets you hella high at the same time, so no i wouldn't call it a wonder drug, wonderful drug it is though.

 

I seem to fail to recognize the non correlation you have layed upon us between a wonderful drug and a wonder drug? One is a wonder, one makes you full of wonder. How is that any differant? lol
Anyway, yes, it is possible to reach an enlightened conciousness without drugs, but if youd ever reached that, you would see that they are in NO way the same feeling, the drug causes an increased sense of awareness and a euphoria unlike no other class of drugs, but the elnightened state of mind brought on by reflection of a solitary moment in time/space is a collective experience, bringing a sense of understanding that all is one, acceptance, love, and an unswayable perspective. Both are WONDERFUL, they dont have to be wonderful in the same way. Shit, acknolwedgeing the sun is wonderful, playing with my son, is wonderful, falling in love is wonderful, hearing music is wonderful. Life is what you make of it man, what may not be wonderful for you may be viewed in an entirley different light to someone else.

 

I never really though of the term wonder drug as in you take it and it puts you in a state of wonder, more of it's a wonder drug if it actualy does a bunch of good things apart from blowing your mind and teaching you about yourself and your suroundings, I have a biased opinion over the tripper drugs for as much as I love them (which is a lot) I also hate them just as much. if you follow your teacher you will learn, if you get too involved with your teacher it can get you into trouble, works with school and drugs the same way... im sorry i really took too many doses and that caused me to be a little negative..

 

where i live its compulsory to be shifted to anywhere in the state for 1 year. they pretty much allways put rookies out in the country and shit.


LSD is whatever you think it is. if lsd is a wonder drug for one but not another than thats just a differnt opinion. well lsd is better than all other drugs, and it can make for some life changing decisions in life. it can make you see things in your life in a completly different perspective, this may or may not happen for everyone, but dont tell me that when that happens lsd isnt a wonder drug.

 

In my head lsd and weed have to be the best drugs out there.

please dont blame the drug - blame yourself if you want to but do not blame too much LSD for you being negative... maybe you took more then you can handle - but i would say that is still your problem,,, cuz i 'really took too many doses' as well and i dont suffer any negative outlook.


what i think lostdazedintime means when he says that he doesnt think LSD is a wonder drug is that it is not guaranteed. it is not some magical pill that will make all your problems go away - although it very well could be if you were to use it with that belief.

 

i don't know man, i could blame psychedelics for some of my negativity. they really open your eyes to the world. sometimes it looks wonderful, other times not so much.

i see a lot of stupid shit that pisses me off all the time, dont get me wrong. i think that if one is optimistic there is no negativity.

i dont consider myself being upset or disappointed with someone or society to be negative. i see it as a truth that is better known so we can better our selves.

some of the time when i express my disappointment with someone or society it is viewed as negative and depressing. i dont see it that way - i see it as a truth better known than ignored.

i see negativity as a destructive energy linked with a pessimistic attitude.

generally it's mushrooms that make me think of how stupid everything is. it rarely gets me down, it actually feels good to laugh about how petty it all is. i guess the best way to sum it up is that it makes everything "love to hate."
