last week i received a hurtful and homophobic comment from my manager. He said to me 'fuck off you worthless faggot'. Although he does not know i am gay he constantly insinuated i am and comes up behind me and grabs me. I then told the gay guy at work (who is about 25 and is also a manager). All he said to me was ' this is a workplace not a playground'. What should i do?
Tell him Spartans were homosexuals and next time you well drive the broom stick up his ass if he try the same stunt again.
I'm not sure where you live but where I live it is illegal to discriminate based on sexual orientation. My employer is not allowed to treat me differently, pay me differently or fire me because I'm gay. Further, if anyone touched me -- in any way -- it can be deemed sexual harassment. There are a few routes I can take. If it is a large company I can file a complaint with head office and my manager can be fired. If it is a smaller company and my boss is the highest I can go then I can take him to court and sue the pants off him and also get a severance pay until I find another job. That's just where I live. It may be much different where you live. I would check out your government's website and find as much as you can about discrimination and human rights because there is likely something that can be done about your manager.
some 1 touches me with out my consent he well be at the hospital emergency room ..skip the legality crap.
Tell him to fuck off and quit your job. You don't need to deal with crap like that. Actually, scratch the fuck off bit. So he grabs you from behind and then calls you gay? Double you tea eph?
