War isn't a part of human nature.

i disagree with the OP.. we dont enjoy our nature, nature chooses what we enjoy. just because very few of us want or enjoy war doesnt make it less nature then eating.

fear, hate, greed, and ego, those are the route of all war, violence and everything we call evil. they are also part of human nature. greed and ego are routed in our nature of self preservation... fear and hate, a defense mechanism... there is some truth in what the OP said though.. dictators fueled by greed and ego have exploited the masses by playing on their fear and hate to wage wars in the past, and it still happens today..

but ego is

ego causes wish for power and then war

 

welfare is the reason villages were invented
infrastucture is the reason nations were invented
preventing people from realizing welfare and infrastructure are the only things any government is ever any good for is the reason war was invented.
