when i get stoned my eyes hurt sometimes and my eye goes lazy. Whats up with that great thread by the way
You ought to become a Site Supporter and then you can create your own forum and run it how you want!!
How is that done? To answer deadhead's question, the reason your eyes most likely hurt is because the smoke is drying them out. Get some eyedrops and they should feel better. As for your lazy eye...it could be due to muscle relaxation experienced when smoking marijuana. I searched for a while and this is the only conclusion I came to. It is hard to find specific side-effects caused by marijuana that are not common to most people. If it concerns you at all then you can tell your doctor about it (however, unless it is urgent you should wait until you are 18 because in most states doctors are allowed to notify the parents of anyone under the age of 18). Hope that answers your questions.
when your in a forum at the top it says get more from hipforums - upgrade your account i think its only like 10 bucks for a year
10 a year/50 a lifetime. Site supporters get acces to special forums (EROTICA-all the nudie pics), increased levels of PM storage, and the ability to create own personal forums. Real simple and helps a gouda cause
Awsome, well I'm about (in June) to go on a trip to Mexico which I've been saving up on for a long time. If I have $50 when I get back I will definetly do it.
Another weed-related Q: I've been PM'ing back and forth with a new smoker in these forums, and when his questions turned to the harmful effects of weed, I was at a loss. We all know it's been shown that it doesn't cause cancer, but on the other hand we all say it's simply "bad for your lungs". What exactly does that mean? I know that tar build-up decreases your lung capacity, but beyond that I'm not sure.
The smoke damages the bronchioles in your lungs, which transfer air. Sometimes it can heal if you don't smoke often and take breaks. Marijuana can also lead to temporary short-term memory loss. Marijuana has also been linked to decrease in fertility. Also, there is no conclusive evidence it does not cause cancer, though there are no reported cases in humans.
Is short term memory lose increacsed if you smoke before bed, due to interferance with REM sleep? *I used to smoke every night before bed and thats when my bad memory was at its worst. I read this theroy in another thread. Cool thread BTW.
sometime's it seems that way because when you smoke before bed and go to sleep stoned, you can either wake up with a 'hangover' or feel fuzzy in general. this may make you feel slower and slow minds don't remember current events too quickly... i'm not a neurologist though. so i can't say for sure!
Thanks. I have been searching and found a few sites that say smoking marijuana does affect REM sleep, and none that say it doesn't. All the sites are either people talking on forums or sites that mention it in passing: http://www.femail.com.au/sleepdisorders.htm. I have never heard that smoking marijuana interferes with REM sleep, but it wouldn't suprise me if it did. I have found nothing on whether it is worse on short-term memory if you smoke before bed.
Only you. What's the pain like? Is it like muscle cramps? Does anything accompany the pain (like runny/itchy eyes or nose)? Do you take any medications? There are only two reasons I can think of (and that research supports): 1. You have an allergic reaction to marijuana 2. a medication you take reacts with marijuana
They just hurt. If I take Advil it goes away. When I was little my legs would hurt really badly. It’s just something I notice when I smoke, it doses not happened all the time.No I don’t take any medications
