Made from a stretchy cotton scrim material and batik waz cotton fabric from Uganda. There is an applique adinkra symbol (from west africa) in blue courduroy fabric. This symbol is Duafe "wooden comb" symbol of beauty and cleanliness and of desirable feminine qualities such as goodness love and care. The top is fastened like an apron top/corset. I have also made up several headbands from cotton scrim all hand dyed by me www.arliaflower.etsy.com
