Fucked with my mind till I read the full details about it. lol.

Bonsai Kitten is an internet hoax, which claimed to give instructions on how to grow kittens in bottles as a form of decoration, similar in fashion to a Bonsai tree. Soon after birth the kitten is supposedly placed in a glass container, allowing the kitten to grow to fill the vessel that contains it.

The kitten allegedly breathes through specially drilled holes in the glass and may be fed and expel waste through tubes, and their purpose is supposedly as an elaborate ornament, instead of a pet. Bonsai Kittens were first publicised on a how-to site called www.BonsaiKitten.com in 2000, though this domain no longer directs users to the site.

If it were real, yes it would be considered animal abuse and youd be sure that people would be on their way to stopping it asap. I saw a few pics of cats in those meat bags on google image search, did you catch those?

No, but I saw some home pics of people actually stuffing their cats into jars (large jars taht the cat actually fit into). They had like slideshow pictures...it was sad.

At only a few weeks of age, a kitten's bones have not yet hardened and become osseous. They are extremely soft and springy. In fact, if you take a week-old kitten and throw it to the floor, it will actually bounce! We do not recommend that you try this at home. The kitten may bounce under the furniture and be difficult to retrieve, as well as covered in unsightly household dust.

    lmao funny stuff

p.s. anyone who takes this seriously needs to have their head examined

US scientists have found evidence that cats really do drive people mad.

Researchers from Baltimore's Johns Hopkins University say their findings show keeping a furry pet can lead to schizophrenia, manic depression and even permanent brain damage.

Dr Robert Yolken and his colleague, Dr Fuller Torrey, who have conducted years of tests, believe a parasite found in cat faeces called toxoplasma gondii infects the human brain.

Worryingly, pregnant women who contract the parasite, can transmit it to the foetus, with devastating effects on brain development.

maybe that has something to do with people trying to replicate bonzai kitties from the website

The parisite is actually a real thing, but it only effects people who are already prone to schizophrenia.

Wow... growing cats? Even if that's a joke it's pretty twisted. Also, cats in bags and jars? Oh my god.
