Hi, just registered so I can ask this question....

I was doing a guided meditation my reiki healer recorded last night. At one point, the instructions were to tense up every muscle in your body, hold and let go. This was very relaxing while in the meditation, but afterwards, my right hip was so tight, I could not stand up straight. This morning I was all right. I know from reiki, that it's not uncommon to feel pain afterwards, because the healer has brought the pain to the surface so it can be expelled. Could this be a similar reaction. I must add, that I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back that have caused similar sensations but not quite as intense. Thanks for reading....

I would return to the healer so they can feel things out...

pain will be apparent, when begining meditation although if it is severe and persists once been noted, seek guidance in youre healer.
