Concerta? If it's your first time try crushing up the tablet and parachuting 30-40mg. 40mg of ritalin is a good dose for me, I've never needed to go above.
rofl. Why the hell not? It's way more efficient. All you have to do is crush the pill and swallow it with water and it's that much better.
You don't even have to put the powder in a napkin if you don't want, you can just mix the powder into a glass of water and swallow it... the napkin is mainly there to stop you from tasting the powder, or so I've heard.
put it in a natural rolling paper for rolling a joint. rip off excess and its like swallowing nothing at all
depends the dose, with concerta first time abusing not above 100mgs anything under will be fine. 2 36's are alright but 3 is as high as i go...
