help....I am pretty out of shape and have basic yoga knowledge.... what would be a few good poses for wake up and before bed yoga to get me moving? I plan on expanding it as I get more fit (also going to the gym, but cannot make yoga at my gym as there are only evening classes and no sitter for me!) thanks for any advice!
I'd say loosening your neck muscles while in half lotus or full lotus, monitoring your breathing and afterwards the sun greeting as many times as you feel necessary. I do this often and it's very relaxing and healthy (i think) I also try to do some breath exercises while meditating. And maybe how do ya call it in english, when you turn your spine - kinda pose... hmm dunno anyway have fun! life is not all that serious - the reason angels fly is because they take themselves lightly -
