dude you just made a thread about this a few weeks back. What the fuck. http://www.hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=230660
Hahaha, I was thinking the same thing when I saw it. Oh, and my solution still stands... A white hat, you say? For that you must journey to the highest peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro and extract the semen from the legendary two-headed unicorn, for its semen is the whitest and most pure cleaner in all the land. Then, and only then, will your white hat be clean.
no, washing machines are to rough on hats. they can misshapen the brim, and cause the crown to wrinkle. the dishwasher is more commonly used to wash hats, because there is no physical contact between the hat and the machine parts.
If you want you can soak it in bleach and then rinse it off with a hose. It will be totally white and clean.
We have a product here in New Zealand called Napi-San. As you might realise from the name, it was originally used for cleaning/whitening cloth nappies for babies. But it's really good just for soaking anything that is white/light coloured without the harshness of bleach (which can destroy and weaken the fibres in the cloth). See if you can find something similar. And I've never heard that about the dishwasher. That's quite funny.
i dont understand this thread. Is it really someone asking how to clean their hat? if it is, ever heard of a washing machine? the name kind of explains what it does....
