arnt there ergot companys that are outside the US? and that are nearly as restrictive? then you could just make it out of country and bring it in in the form of liquid or crystals.

 

I'd sure love to see it happen, and dream of finding my way into a part of the process someday. I often wish I would have been born into any part of one of these circles.

hahahaha. makin' acid. i know someone who's (connect's connect'sconnect's) you get i, makes it. i know for sure. it has been in his family for generations and now it is slowly being despersed to "the family" and close friends... i am yet to try it. its hardcore, two of my friends had ego loss and shit flipped (faught my friends dad) and all types of "I AM GOD" shit.......it was like windowpain or or some white lighting or something...

while lsd is one of the most difficult recreational drugs to produce, i am really surprised that there's not more of an offshore production system, while traditionally the profit margin has been very small compared with easier to produce items, the market appears that it will bear increased prices due to the lack of inventory...

 

I don't understand how they could do this because the LSD chemists don't lay blotter or put it into liquid for distribution. They make the crystal and sell it to people who dilute it into a liquid solution or lay it on blotter.

 

Yes this is true. The amount of work put into it and the amount of risks aren't worth it to most people.

While this may be true today, it wasn't for the Family. I was reading a book on the Family and how they produce it and help distribute it because they believe it is for the good of society. They are willing to die or go to jail in order to perserve LSD for mankind. They would never rat anybody out if one of them got busted. With the exception of Pickard. He is no longer in the Family anymore though.. he's been out for a while.. and he's in jail again..

 

A man I have talked to who used to lay blotter for around 25 years said your best for ET is a passport. Scheduled precursors are sooooo closely watched that obtaining it in the US can be done, but is risky. Sorry for making 3 consecutive posts, i should have jsut put it all in one.

 

The blotter or other distribution method has nothing to do with it.

The technique looks at the levels of various impurities left over from the synthesis. Ignoring the carrier material and any breakdown products and looking at the active drug and all the trace constituents. Lets say a particular sheet of blotter was seized, and extracted in the lab. A sample of the extract gets shot through a gas chromatograph, and various peaks appear depending on what is present. The sample might be:

90% LSD
7% iso-LSD (a breakdown product caused by oxidation of LSD)
2% lumi-LSD (a byproduct of the synthesis)
.5 % unreacted ergotamine tartrate precursor
.25% other ergot alkaloids
.25% other stuff (solvent residues other LSD congeners, trace contaminants from various precursors, etc.)

By matching the percentages of the last 4 (none of which are likely to be changed much by dipping blotter or diluting liquid), the LSD can be traced to a particular "batch", and possibly to a particular lab if the analyst has a known sample of their product.

Forensic chemistry is a powerful tool....never underestimate what the narco-swine can do with your tax money!

i believe it was sandos who was arrested at his lab...fled for 20 years and was busted again at another lab, and only served 5 years. owsley only served 3. but they kept their mouths shut :H

 

yeah pretty much, although pickard made some fine lsd he fucked up alot of things for the family by opening his big mouth.
