dreads, what is it with them??

    dude im exactly the same, it gets greasy too. my hair is really out of control when its long, it does whatever it wants lol. so i tend to keep it short, which doesnt suit me at all, now im growing it quete long- gonna go real stylists see what they can do to sort it out. i came up with the theorie of hea and shoulders, 2 packs are anti dandruff shampoo, then 1 pack is shampoo that causes it. lol i havent had dandruff in like 5months doe

    I have dreads they are about 4 months old now and nice and knotty. I have a really fat one at the back I can fit a bit of weed in!!!!

    I had dreads a couple of year ago but they started to get really hot. I was living in a very small place with no AC and a really hot city summer and they just made me so hot I ended up having to trim them. I had a lot of medium sized locks. I think when/if I do it again I'd do fewer larger locks. I have really straight hair to so getting everything to lock up and stay put was a labor of love. I did notice when I cut them, all my natural cowlicks in my hair went away when it grew back.
