Well, of course they're indoctrinating the kids with their multicultural agenda, conditioning them for the world they will one day be living in. They always target the children because they are the most easy to condition as they do not have a pre-existing belief system. Also, when they are indoctrinated early enough, the changes that occur in their lifetimes will seem normal to them and they will never question these changes.
It will lead to the conditioning of these children to live in an increasingly multicultural society due to rampant immigration and evisceration of all national borders, which is part and parcel to the one world government agenda. By the time these children reach adulthood, and before many of us die, the world will be a drastically different place from what it is now. So in this case it serves as a form of predictive programming aimed at young children in the form of a cartoon, making the changes they will see occur during their lives seem quite normal and as they should be. It will be something they will never question.
